Founded in Erode in 1960 by Mr. Kuppusamy and Mrs. Rukmani, Kuppanna celebrates the traditions of Kongu Nadu cuisine. Our recipes bring together authentic South Indian flavors, fresh ingredients, and the handmade spice blends inspired by Mrs. Rukmani’s cooking. Today, we share that heritage with our guests in Northborough.
A Culinary Legacy Since 1960
Our roots are in Erode, Tamil Nadu, where Mr. Kuppusamy and Mrs. Rukmani began sharing their food in 1960. Their commitment to authentic recipes and fresh ingredients continues to inspire Kuppanna today.
